There is a consistent demand for loans in Nigeria from individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners, and organisations seeking funds for personal projects, business needs, or urgent financial obligations. As a result, Ubuntu Financials receives several loan applications regularly. However, we do not approve every request. Loans are granted only to applicants who meet our credit assessment standards and satisfy the company’s requirements.

We understand that every investor wants confidence that their funds are handled responsibly. At Ubuntu Financials Limited, we apply strict procedures before granting credit facilities.

For loans below one million naira, applicants are required to provide two banker guarantors. We insist on banker guarantors because they understand the seriousness of guaranteeing a loan and are more likely to conduct their own careful assessment before standing as guarantors.

For loans of one million naira and above, applicants must provide acceptable collateral. These may include vehicles, gold, silver, diamonds, foreign currencies, and other approved assets. We do not accept landed property because of the complexities often associated with land documentation and ownership disputes.

Ubuntu Financials does not trade in cryptocurrency, forex, or unrelated business ventures. Our business is focused strictly on lending. For the past five years, we have operated this model with a strong record of investor confidence and responsible fund management.

We currently offer three investment tenure options: three months, six months, and one year or more.

The minimum investment amount is one million naira only. There is no fixed maximum investment limit.

Our payment structure gives investors four options.

a. Monthly payment: Investors may choose to receive their returns every month.

b. Quarterly payment: Investors may choose to receive accumulated returns every three months.

c. Upfront payment: Investors may choose to receive their total expected return at the beginning of the investment. For example, where an investor invests one million naira for six months, the six months return may be paid at the point of investment.

d. Payment at maturity: Investors may choose to receive both their capital and accumulated returns at the end of the investment tenure.

What is the minimum amount I can invest?

The minimum investment amount is one million naira only. There is no fixed maximum investment limit.

At the end of your investment tenure, you may request liquidation of your funds by sending a thirty day notice to our official email address at ubuntufn@gmail.com. Where an investor chooses to withdraw funds before the agreed maturity date, one month’s return on investment will be forfeited in line with our investment terms.
