1. Eligibility
To access or use the FinCorp Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and reside in a jurisdiction where our services are permitted by law. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
FinCorp reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse service to any person or entity and to change its eligibility criteria at any time. This provision is void where prohibited by law and the right to access the Services is revoked in such jurisdictions.

As a regulated financial institution, we are required by law to verify your identity. You agree to provide us with accurate, complete, and updated information as requested during the onboarding process.
2. Account Responsibility
Security Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Transaction Monitoring
You must regularly review your account statements and transaction history. Any discrepancies must be reported to FinCorp within 30 days of the transaction date.
FinCorp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. We recommend using multi-factor authentication (MFA) where available.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using our services:
- check_circle Using the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
- check_circle Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Services.
- check_circle Engaging in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
- check_circle Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding or attempting to hide your identity.
4. Limitation of Liability
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This agreement gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Use and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
